The Jessner Peel is a professional, medium-depth resurfacing treatment (also known as a Jessner's peel or a 14% Resorcinol/14% Lactic/14% Salicylic peel) designed to improve fine lines, and fix uneven pigmentation. It uses a blend of 14% Lactic Acid, 14% Salicylic Acid, and 14% Resorcinol to remove damaged cells and increase cell turnover.

What to Expect...
what is the treatment like?
After cleaning and drying the skin, we prep with a topical de-greasing solution such as alochol before applying the dermafrost peel solution. as soon as the solution hits the skin you can expect a quick burning sensation that subsides within 30 seconds. the solution is then left on for the next 6-8 hours before being washed off at home.
the treatment itself takes about 20-30 minutes.
how often do I need to come in?
Treatments can be performed every 2-3 months.
what is the downtime?
takes 2-3 days for peeling to begin. Features controlled, moderate peeling 3–4 days post-treatment.
- depending on what you are trying to treat, a series of 3- 6 peels may be recommended.
- peels should be spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
- to enhance the results of your chemical peel, we reccommend adding dermaplaning.
- please discontinue retinol, tretinoin, acids or any exfoliating product and/or treatments 1 week prior.
- for faster healing or added anti-bacterial benefits, try adding a celluma led treatment.
